TRAILER PARTS and service specialist FP&S has been bought by SLIC Trailers.
FP&S was rescued from administration by Bulwell Holdings last October. Under the direction of managing director Darren Weeks the firm has been restructured and put on a secure footing for growth.
Weeks says: "FP&S fits with SDC's strategic objective to serve its customers with a complete parts and aftermarket product." As part of the FP&S acquisition Bulwell added Bulwell Trailer Solutions to its portfolio. This business is not included in the sale and will continue under the direction of managing director Gary Bulley
