AAccording to the Ministry's Standard
Lists (part XIII) the Seddon detailed in your letter will be plated for axle loads of 5 tons front and 9 tons rear. The gross vehicle weight will be 13.25 tons, or 14 tons if the secondary system is air operated or if the front and rear brakes are on separate circuits
