Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• One of the special vehicles which will be seen in the trailer section at Earls Court will be a new ground-level loading semi-trailer which has been developed by B. Dixon-Bate Ltd. of Chester. It has a capacity of 5.5 tons and has been designed for the carriage of heavy electrical equipment such as cable drums and transformers.

Lowering gear is hydraulically powered with pivoting trunnions. situated at each side of the vehicle. Each trunnion carries a stub axle and hub assembly which can be retracted by contraction of the hydraulic rams, so allowing the body floor to lower to ground level. A ramped tail board completes the loading ramp. When equipment is loaded on to the body. hydraulic rams are pressurized and extended, lifting the body back to the running position where the trunnions are mechanically locked, relieving the hydraulics from load.
