Brian Astbury will be based at the company's Bristol depot. He spent several years in the Royal Navy after gaining commercial sales experience at Wincanton Vehicle Rentals.
Robert Percival joins Transfleet's Trafford Park depot in Manchester. He was previously with Pitney Bowes and Racal.
Guy Allanson will work at Garretts Green in Birmingham. Manson has worked for Mann Egerton and RCR Contract Hire and most recently operated independently as a contracts broker and consultant.
