OBITUARY

WE regret to record the death of Mr. Bertram John Chinn. Mr. Chinn, 71, was proprietor of China's Coach Services, Wincanton, Somerset, for many years. After his retirement he lived at Sturminster Newton, Dorset.

IN OUR REPORT on page 34 of CM last week, we stated—as informed by RHA—that Mr. A. C. Andrews was the first vice-chairman of the new RHA Commercial Committee. In fact, the vice-chairman is Mr. Patrick J. Macdonald, of Manchester Road, Congleton, Cheshire (managing director of P. J. Macdonald's Transport). Mr. Andrews, we now understand, was the proposer of Mr. Macdonald.
