McKay, general manager arid secretary, will develop Francis Motor Service, Ltd., Forest Gate, London, E.7. The new board consists of Mr. A. J. Wright, south-eastern divisional manager of B. R. S., Mr. W. L. Willoughby, traffic manager of B.R.S. (Parcels), Ltd., and Mr. E. Moffatt, who is company secretary. Mr. F. R. Parkin has been appointed manager. Apart from the fact that the management would be in the hands of B.R.S. representatives, everything would carry on as before.

DEARER ANTI-FREEZE?

T"price of anti-freeze preparations may be increased, say the Free Trade Union and Cobden Club, if an application for an anti-dumping duty on Ethanediol, imported from the United States and Canada, is upheld by the Board of Trade. The Union, who are opposing the application, point out that it would seem to have been made as a result of a trade war between rival American combines.
