the merger of their resources by A. and D. Fraser, Ltd., Glasgow, and the Westfield Autocar Co., Ltd., Edinburgh. Both companies are distributors of Morris and MorrisCommercial vehicles in Scotland. The terms of the merger will not affect the identity of the companies, which will continue to trade as previously, retaining their present managers and staff.
