Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Georgetown, Penang, have placed a further order with the Sunbeam Trolleybus Co., Ltd., for seven chassis. Trolleybuses have been operated in Georgetown since 1923.

The new chassis will be of the MF2B single-deck type, similar to those supplied to many other overseas operators during recent years, but of smaller Overall dimensions to meet the traffic conditions in Georgetown. These chassis will be fitted with B.T.H. traction equipment, which make was used on the first trolleybuses placed in service in 1923. The bodies will be designed and built in Penang.

The trolleybus system survived the destructive efforts of Japanese troops during the war and was quickly restored to its normal working condition.
