Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

workers to their employment? am able to obtain work for my coach during the summer in this way. The farmer wili pay me but will collect a contribution towards the cost from each worker.

A It is apparent that the vehicle will operate as a contract carriage, and therefore you will not need a road service licence for the work. In any case Section 118 (6) of the Road Traffic Act 1960 provides that in any period of six months beginning on the first day of June, if a vehicle is used for carrying agricultural workers to or from their work it shall be deemed not to be a public service vehicle nothwithstanding that those persons are carried for hire and reward. Thus you will see that none of the psv authorisations which are necessary normally will be required and the driver need not hold a psv driving licence.
