Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Hawk would like to shake the hand of everyone who took part in the Convoy of Hope to Belarus, Croatia and Albania. TLS, the vehicle rental and contract hire specialist, provided seven vehicles for the 25-strong convoy free of charge.

Convoys set off at Easter from Cardiff, Southampton and Exeter to deliver medical supplies, food and clothes. All these countries have endured unimaginable hardships in recent times. "Belarus is still suffering from the effects of Chernobyl, especially the children who are born with disabilities caused by the disaster," says organiser Helen Horton, who is based at Llandough hospital in Cardiff.

Croatia and Albania both suffered from the most serious conflict in Europe since the last war. The work we do goes to making those people's lives a little better, so the support of organisations like TLS is vital," says Hortop. By all accounts the trip was a great success; no sooner had the convoy returned than the organisers started planning the next trip.
