• A video to help newly registered traders with their VAT returns is available free from H14 Customs and Excise. It is accompanied by a booklet which expands on the video information and covers everything from the basic requirements of VAT to the completion of a VAT return. The Welcome to VAT video and booklet are also available in Welsh, Cantonese, Gujerati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
