BULK and module tra loading and shrink wrappir have added a new dimensic to the field of unit loads sa United Glass managing dire tor Vic Hender when 1. opened the Unit Load Show Wembley this week.
The show, which ends tack (Friday) has gathered 1: exhibitors for the three-clz exhibition of the latest in ha cluing equipment.
Mr Hender said that tI show had been postponed February because of the ii dustrial situation and becaul many of the exhibitors wou have been unable to prese] their displays.
He said that older systems • unit loading had been laboi intensive and that itself hz generated some form 1 operational flexibility at some flexibility in material ar equipment specifications.
But, he added, the moN towards automation meant that the flexibility gone and equipment ar .,materials had to be 'maintain( to critical standards. •
