Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

In connection with your January 23 report of the hearing at which I had a p.s.v. licence revoked, would you be so kind as to let me make the following points: The accident last August was in no way involved in this enquiry. Since last October we have had proper maintenance facilities. I claimed that both p.s.v. drivers had their licences, which was proven in court in respect of one of them; the other's licence particulars are held in the Scottish traffic area. And the coach used on the fatal day was a hired one.

V.S. WATTS, Peterlee, Durham.
