Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I OWN a Magirus Deutz 310. I must agree with Malcolm J. Nelson's letter in Commercial Motor (November 15) that the running costs of this vehicle are high indeed.

But I disagree on what he says about getting spares. I have had my Magirus now for two years and in that time I have had my problems too, including brake linings and drums, also with other items such as a flywheel and oil cooler.

My Magirus agent at lbstock has been more than helpful in getting spares for me in a short time, such as 24 hours by post or if I call personally the parts will be waiting on the counter for me.

What could possibly be better service than that?

NORMAN D. HARRIS Peterborough
