Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BELLFERRY'S new container terminal at Waterford was officially opened last Monday week by Mr. George Colley, Southern Ireland's Minister for Industry and Commerce.

A main feature of the terminal is the £200,000 gantry crane which will allow the handling of up to 40 containers an hour, and which complements a similar crane which has been in operation at Bellport, Newport, for some months.

The George Bell group claims that with the realization of its planned development programme for the Irish sea route shippers now have a service which compares favourably with any in Europe. The group is now confident that its service has ample capacity for future traffic increases.
