Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE WORKS Department of the London Borough of Camden has acquired two of these Scarab cleansing vehicles in time for autumnal leaf clearing.

Based on Dodge 50-Series chassis, the vehicles were built by RJP Engineering, of Marden, Kent and have a vacuum cleaning unit with a 150mm diameter wander hose for cleaning areas that cannot be swept manually, such as around parked cars.

The equipment is powered by an independent diesel engine which also drives a highpressure pump for street washing. Capacity of the sideloading body is 3cum.
