Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A trailer capable of carrying cable drums up to 7ft 6in, high by 5ft wide and weighing up to 6 tons has been developed by Overland Contracts Ltd, of Birmingham. The trailer, known as the FED100, is derived from the company's range of rear end loading models and uses the Overland design of rubber spring trailing arm suspension. Cam operated three line air brakes 15+in. by 6in. are fitted together with a winch-type handbrake. The cable is lifted by hydraulic means and this system can be used to vary the centre of gravity of the trailer.

A larger model to handle drums weighing up to 10 tons is being developed.
