• Transport Development Group Ltd has acquired the entire issued share capital of Entress Transport Ltd of Neath Road, Llansamlet, Swansea.
The company provides extensive vehicle haulage services from South Wales with a fleet of 60 vehicles and will continue under the direction of the present managing director, Mr W. H. Entress.
The consideration for the acquisition consisted of the issue, credited as fully paid, of 410,000 ordinary shares of 25p each of TDG.
