THE NATIONAL Express Rapide luxury coach service network will be doubled from the end of this month, adding 105 towns and cities to the system.
It is knocking two hours off the journey time on its Aberdeen-Plymouth route operated jointly with Scottish Citylink and by extending it to Penzance will make it, at 744 Miles, Britain's longest-ever scheduled regular coach service.
Citylink, meantime, is being extended to take in the Scottish Bus Group's services to and from London.
