A range of tyre repair materials being launched by Romac Industries Ltd. has been designed to give safe and permanent repairs to tyres.

This comprehensive range includes "motorwaytube patches, universal nylon plasters and radial tyre sidewali plasters, all designed for both hot or cold application. Plug patch units have been further improved and a composite kit (ref. CPA.10l, including plug patches, cutting tools, buffing solvent and super Tri-sol solution introduced. This kit is designed to fulfil the needs of the tyre repair specialist and garage in dealing

with the more common tyre damage caused by nails and other sharp objects.

Other Romac products which have been improved following extensive research and development work at the firm's Hendon laboratories, include hot-vulcanizing nylong plasters to a new specification, and the nylonreinforced ticket patches which are now suitable for hot or cold application.

Romac has also introduced a self-curing compound ISCC.16) for cold repairs and a tyre mounting removal and cleaning lubricant (TALI) sold in a re-usable 1 gal polythene container.

All the new products, together with repair vulcanizers and buffing equipment, are detailed and illustrated in a new Romac catalogue, available free of charge on request.
