Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A range of illuminated signs for use on road vehicles has been introduced by Van Lite. Two types are available, one being produced in moulded plastics, the other having a metal case and a flat Perspex sign panel. Both types are made in two sizes, the smaller of the two designated Mk 1 measuring 29in. by 9in. by 2in. The larger version designated Mk 2 measures 42in. by 11.5in. by 2.5in.

The smaller of the two signs is illuminated by a 13W fluorescent tube carried in steel clips which mount direct on to the tube. Wiring with plastics presson connectors feed the current from the switch and starter unit to each end of the tube. Tube replacement takes only a few minutes.

In the larger sign the tube is a 30W unit, the mounting and wiring being similar.

All signs are despatched with full fitting and wiring instructions. Made by: Van Lite Ltd., 54 High Street, Thornton Heath, Surrey.
