Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

It's Birmingham versus London in the final of the National p.s.v. cricket competition.

These two undertakings will meet at the sports ground of Mitchells and Butlers, Portland Road, Edgbaston, on Tuesday, September 9. In the semi-finals Birmingham men were clear winners over Northern General and the London team disposed of Liverpool. The teams are playing for the Castrol Shield, which London holds following a resounding victory over Manchester last year. The busmen can be expected to do quite a bit of driving to cover and, of course, they will conduct themselves in the true cricketing manner. It remains to be seen whether those on one-man-operation will be able to fit into a team game—what about a single wicket competition for them?
