• Discussions with a view to a merger have taken place between Walter Alexander (Commercial Vehicles) Ltd and the Edinburgh car dealer Rossleigh Ltd.

Terms have been agreed subject to approval by Rossleigh shareholders of a resolution to increase the authorized share capital.
