Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FIAT has introduced a premium-free 24-hour breakdown service this week to cover the first year in use.

Called Fiat Rapid Recovery, it runs in conjunction with Bradford-based Nationwide Recovery Services and is available in England, Scotland, and Wales. Extension to Northern Ireland may follow shortly.

The local Fiat dealer is responsible for breakdowns when they occur within 25 miles (15 miles in London and other cities) of his premises.

Nationwide handles other breakdowns, but in all cases the aim is to carry out repairs at the roadside.

Fiat will honour all warranty repairs, and standard recovery charges will apply throughout the country.

The scheme will be offered also to owners of older Fiats and to vehicles after the initial year elapses.
