• Frank Wall, trading as Frank Wall Freight of Newport, Gwent, was given two days' to get his two vehicles through a fresh MoT test, or face having his licence suspended, when he appeared at a Cardiff disciplinary inquiry. Adjourning the proceedings until 11 March, South Wales Licensing Authority John Mervyn Pugh said that Wall had been given a number of chances in the past and he was now coming to the end of the road.
