IT has been decided by Marks and 1 Spencer Ltd. to stop keeping reports on the cleanliness of the hands and clothing of drivers delivering goods to the company's Midland stores (see The Commercial Motor, May 22 and 29). Report forms which also asked if a driver smoked while delivering goods, have• been withdrawn. These decisions have been taken in response to a protest by the T.G.W.U.
