Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GRAMPIAN Regional Council's public transport director, John Westaby, is moving to take charge of Northern Scottish, the Scottish Bus Group's subsidiary in the area.

Mr Westaby's move to become Northern's general manager comes after nearly nine years in command at Grampian. He first moved to the area in October 1973, when he became deputy general manager of Aberdeen Corporation Transport.

He has worked with the National Bus Company and Warrington Corporation Transport, and is a native of Kent.

Mr Westaby succeeds Jim Penman at Northern. Mr Penman is moving to Scottish Associated Vehicle Engineering, the new SBG engineering resources company (see p6).

SAVE will also have two divisional enginners, David Toy (chief engineer with Northern and Grampian Region) and Mike Hayes (chief engineer with Central Scottish).
