MULTIDROP Round Planning is the subject of the 1983 Freight Operations Seminar to be held at the Polytechnic of Central London on March 15.
The one-day seminar costs £40 to attend and is aimed at encouraging distribution managers to examine closely their operations before switching to a computer system.
The seminar will highlight the difficulties some companies might have when buying a sophisticated computer, and will be demonstrating the merits of intermediate round planning computer packages.
The speakers include Richard Turner of the Freight Transport Association, Peter Fielding of SPD (Distribution), and Trevor Bell, an independent consultant.
