• Stagecoach Holdings has bought a controlling interest in the former United Transport Group's Kenya Bus Services. KBS runs more than 300 buses, mainly locally bodied Guy Victory and ERF Trailblazer singledeckers. It is Stagecoach's second acquisition from BETowned UTG in Africa, the first is in Malawi.
