Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Inefficiency, extravagance and the unjustified refusing by the ATITB of grant applications —these were the complaints last week by many members of the R H A's national executive council.

The council also heard complaints about long delays in grant payment and lack of information emanating from the Board.

Members of the RHA are being invited to inform the executive council of any complaints about the Board. Meanwhile the council, together with the education and training committee, is to look into such complaints as a matter of urgency and take action where possible.

On Tuesday the Association's liaison committee discussed several aspects of the matter and arranged to hold a further meeting on December 12.
