Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Irish policemen Tony Fennelly must have thought his luck was in when he found the woman he had stopped for speeding was none other than former Miss Ireland, Andrea Roche. At the very least there might be the chance of an autograph to show the lads back at the station, once the formalities were out of the way.

Sadly whatever daydreams he may have entertained were cruelly shattered as soon as he issued an on-the-spot speeding fine to the 22-year-old model. The Celtic beauty flew into a rage, banging her fists on the steering wheel, cursing his family, questioning his parentage with prolific use of the "B word" and insisting he should be out catching real criminals instead of hassling her.

This unladylike outburst cost Andrea Roche £150 at Waterford District Court where she was convicted of threatening behaviour to a policeman.

Next time maybe she should just try flashing her winning smile—it would be a whole lot cheaper!
