• The Road Haulage Association (RHA) has launched a pilot telephone information line for the general public and non-RHA hauliers. Charged at 48p a minute, the service is seen as a means of preventing RHA members subsidising nonmember enquires, although hauliers interested in joining the organisation will not be charged.
