Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

In the test drive report on the AEC Leyland coach (CM June 24), I was interested to note the adverse comments on the performance of the standard option of the hydraulic power steering system.

Our company has successfully fitted Air-O-Matic air-powered steering to this model which not only provides for excellent steering feel at speed and low steering effort while manoeuvring, but also has the added advantage of much greater simplicity with no servicing requirements. The other interesting featur€ is that, providing the coach in question already has a split linkage system, the cost of conversion to Air-O-Matic is very much less than the ex-factory option price for hydraulic.
