Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CLEETHORPES MP Shona Mclsaac told Parliament last week that satellite navigation systems were sending trucks down streets with weight restrictions.

Mclsaac reported that drivers are following their sat-nay instructions, ignoring weight restriction signs telling them not toga down certain streets, and that Immingham, Lines, was particularly affected. "I fear this will be a growing problem unless there can be some way of programming sat-nay to say there is a weight restriction." she says.

To tackle the problem Mclsaac is pressing for a weight restriction to be introduced on Pelham Road, Immingham, even though she fears it might be ineffective.
