Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Hungarian bus builder Ikarus could soon be moving into Britain, following reports that Hughes (Daf) is to launch a citybus version on a Daf SB220 chassis in June.

Ikarus, which claims to be the largest bus builder in the world, has traditionally supplied eastern European countries and Russia, though it has established a toehold in Britain with its Blue Danube coach body, which was marketed by Kirkby Central, now part of the Plaxton Group.

The British variant of the single-deck Ikarus citybus is expected to have room for about 70, with around 45 seated and 25 standing. The floor is gently ramped towards the rear and is low. The large eastern European standard sliding windows and seats will be replaced by British seating and hopper windows.

There will be a single entrance/exit, and the vehicle is expected to cost slightly les:, than the Leyland Lynx.
