Fully Staffed: The Castleford depot of the West Riding Automobile Co.. Ltd., is now fully staffed for the first time in 10 years.
Crypton Prices Reduced: Crypton Equipment, Ltd., Bridgwater, Somerset, announce that their fast chargers are reduced in price by £31 15s. to £58. There is an overall reduction of nearly 30 per cent, in the price of their metal rectifier charger. The AD.3 metal rectifier charger will now cost £10 10s.
Increase Deferred: Chester Transport Committee report that the Goodyear concern have agreed to allow the present charge of 0.682d. per vehicle-mile under the tyre mileage agreement to remain unchanged for the second quarter of the year, and to defer until January 1 next the extra charge resulting from the increased price of tyres.
