A truck driver was killed last Saturday (30 August) after his vehicle crashed into a car being driven the wrong way down the southbound carriageway of the M40 in Warwickshire. The incident happened at around 3.45am and the Volvo truck, which was carrying hairspray aerosols, exploded into a fireball.
