REGARDING THE unreasonable and 'ungreen demands placed on hauliers delivering to RDCs etc (CM 27 September), there appears to have been some innocent crossing of wires. I am assured by the appropriate senior official at the DfT that he is fully aware of the issue and well remembers the RHA raising it earlier this year.
