Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The annual "at home" which the IRTE holds in September was rather a special event this year. Our old friend Jack Burrill, vice-chairman of the council of the Institute, was presented with a certificate of honorary Fellowship by the , president, Earl Howe. It marked Jack's 25 years of service to IRTE. Another presentation was to Tony Gunner, a council member and Hon Sec of the South London centre, who received a plaque for his services. A presentation of an entirely different kind was made by past president G. E. I iardet, who gave a red leather chai. or use in the council chamber — and was quickly emulated by Dickie Duncalfe.
