Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS a new move to win passengers at the week-end, London Transport are to bring out 5s. all-day tickets which will give unlimited rides all over London's red-bus system. Printed like season tickets, they will be called Red Rovers, and will start on October 12. They will be used on Saturdays or Sundays, giving the holder the right to travel as much as he likes for the day on the 1,500-mile network of the 300 central bus and trolleybus routes.

A London Transport official said: "It will be quite possible for a passenger to travel 100 miles or more in a day if he wishes, which works out a little more than Id. a mile. We tried out similar tickets on our much smaller country bus system last year with great success—over 350,000 tickets have been sold so far."

Children's tickets will cost 2s. 6d.
