Having considered a report on a demonstration in the city of the workingof a mud splashguard for motor vehicles, Bradford Watch Committee has asked Mr. N. L. Fleming, the town clerk, to atscertain if the Ministry of Transport will be prepared to approve of a regulation requiring that motor vehicles should be fitted with such a guard.
