• Go-Ahead Northern, which operates from Newcastle's Worswick Street bus station, is considering pulling out of the city centre because of worsening congestion.
The company says that unless something is done about the problem it might withdraw its entire Gateshead network of buses from Newcastle and move its base to the Metro-centre.
