Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Birmingham-based Summerdale Truck Bodies has won a contract to supply four refrigerated vehicles to Pine] Dairies in Barbados.

The 8m reefer bodies, built on tri-axle Leyland Daf Constructors, are specially strengthened to withstand the rigours of West Indian road conditions.

This is only Summerdale's second export order since the company was started in 1981, but managing director Roger Montgomery says he plans to begin exporting to Europe.

Summerdale, which produces over 200 truck bodies a year, is searching for a new base because its Bordesley Green site is to be developed as part of Birmingham Heartlands scheme.
