HANGER Investments Ltd's pre-tax profits shot up last year from 1977's £1.2m to E2.3m.
The company, one of Britain's largest passenger and commercial vehicle leasing specialists, is involved also as a main dealer for Ford vehicles.
It indicates that the 90 per cent rise in profits was due in part to 10 months' contribution from Interleasing Truck Rental Ltd, a newly-acquired undertaking.
