Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RENAULT TRUCK and Bus UK is to introduce a 32/34 ton gross tractive unit at the Scot'fish Motor Show this year. This was announced by Nick Buckley, sales and marketing manager of the company, at a press conference to launch the Bernet TR305.

Using a cab like that of the Volvo F7, the new vehicles will have a 158kW (212bhp) power unit and will be competitively priced, says Renault.

Also to be announced is the JK75, a four-cylinder, non-hgv vehicle which will be aimed at the distribution market.

Finally, there will be a 16tonner, again in the J range, which will complete the Renault line-up for the UK.

Sales of Renault trucks in Britain are increasing rapidly, claimed Nick Buckley, with 200 sold in 1977, 400 in 1978 and 600 projected for 1979.

By 1980, he said, Renault expects to sell 800, although he hoped this was on the low side. Of these, 150 were expected to be 16-tonners.

More dealerships are being taken on and a recent one is Greenwoods of Oxford, who started on May 1.
