THE question of free re-entry to car parks in the South Bank area has been taken up by the Traders' Road Transport Association, which has reported that it has not so far been able to persuade the authorities to agree to the principle.
The traffic committee of the London and Home Counties Area of the T.R.T.A. discussed the matter recently at a meeting of operators of commercial vehicles based near the South Bank Exhibition. Free re-entry to car parks was held to be essential for business
use.
