Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

krilhing which helps companies recruit and retain drivers has to be a good thing, and if it attracts more people into the industry so much the better. However, we have a few misgivings.

First, will all operators and their drivers have time to fill in and analyse the questionnaires when they are busy trying to keep their businesses afloat? And will they have the time— and the will —to implement the changes dnvers ask for'?

What will happen when the RHMF money comes to an end in late March? While some higher profile firms may be willing to spend money on this scheme, others (including those most in need of improvement) surely wont We do think this is a good idea, but there are some hurdles to be jumped before its use becomes widespread.

We'll be watching developments with interest.
