Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

about to lose his HGV driving licence after being caught on a speed camera, a Derbyshire inquest has found.

Kevin Lee, 38, from Northamptonshire, who worked for Kettering-based ED Trucking, hanged himself from a bridge on the A52 in Derbyshire in September 2003. The inquest heard that he believed that he had nine points on his licence and being caught speeding would lead to an instant ban. However, police enquires revealed that he had not been caught speeding and that he only had three points on his licence instead of nine. The other points had been removed because they were more than three years old.

Derby coroner Michael Bird ruled that his death was suicide.

Tony Franklin.managingdirector of ED Trucking, says: "Kevin was a first-class employee who loved his driving job. His death is a sad loss for both his family and colleagues."
