DURING January, a further decrease was reported in the number of' utility vehicles and adapted private cars authorized under C licences. Only 612 of this type were licensed in January compared with 917 the previous month and 3,000 to 5.000 a month during September, October and November.
The number of vehicles of all types authorized under C licences during January totalled 7,182. New operators accounted for 3,468 of the new registrations.
