Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Cambridge Crown Court that he "always fiddled" his tachograph has had been disqualified from holding or obtaining an 0-licence indefinitely.

Matthew Tubby, in partnership with Julie Tubby, traded as MJ & J B Tubby. He told a Cambridge disciplinary inquiry that he had been acquitted of a speeding charge by Cambridgeshire magistrates after producing tachograph charts demonstrating his innocence. But it was alleged that the dates on the charts produced to the magistrates had been altered and Tubby was prosecuted at Cambridge Crown Court for attempting to pervert the course of justice. A transcript of the Crown Court evidence obtained by the Eastern Traffic Area revealed that when asked why the dates on other documents did not tie up with the dates on the tachograph charts, Tubby said he always fiddled his tachographs. Tubby maintained he had to falsify charts to satisfy the demands of the people he worked for. He told Eastern Traffic Commissioner Compton Boyd that the firm had ceased trading in April 1996. Disqualifying Tubby, the TC said he had also considered revoking his HGV licence. But after considering a letter from Tubby's current employers, he suspended it for a month.
